I'm unsure just which object is his talisman... the cardinal? the kosher dill? the cross?

    Love the cardinal on his back/shoulder. Very wonderful take on the topic, and you did an awesome job.

    Oh this is really funny! I hadn't noticed the cardinal on the pope's shoulder at all. I imagine for HIM it's the cross, but he seems pretty attached to the pickle. Great illustration!
